Blueberry Peach Crisp with Almond Topping

Nothing spells summer like fresh peaches and juicy blueberries. This no-added sugar crisp recipe combines these two fabulous summer fruits with a crunchy almond-scented topping for fruity dessert goodness – without excess sugar, calories or fat!

Enjoy it with either a dollop of light whipped topping or a scoop of your favorite vanilla ice cream. With this slim crisp, you can afford the topper!

Makes 8 Servings

3 1/2 cups fresh peaches, peeled, sliced
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 cup granulated no-calorie sugar substitute (or 6 packets)*

Topping:

1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup no-calorie sugar substitute (or 12 packets)*
4 tablespoons light butter or margarine (like Smart Balance)

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. In a 7 x 11-inch baking dish, combine peaches, blueberries, flour, lemon juice, and sweetener. Set aside.

3. In small bowl, combine oats, flour, almonds, and sweetener. Cut in butter and crumble on top of fruit mixture.

4. Place in baking dish and bake 30-40 minutes.
