I’m delighted to share that the Smart Points comparisons have been completed for every recipe in Eat More of What You Love (a book I and many others truly love :). The downloadable Eat More of What You Love Smart Point Addendum can be found HERE. As my healthy recipes have always been low in calories, sugar, and saturated fat (and not skimpy when it comes to protein), they are perfect for the new WW point system.
While beverages, quick-breads and dessert recipes tended to go up in “points” with the new program, an equal number of recipes, including breakfast dishes, salads, pasta and pressure cooker dishes, sides, and chicken, beef and fish entrees stayed the same or now have even less points than before! Yes, you can enjoy all the foods you love, and still lose weight! Chicken Pot Pie Soup=4 Smart Points, Creamy Ranch Slaw = Smart Points, Easy Eggplant Parmesan = 4 Smart Points, and Old Fashioned Chocolate Mayo Cake is just 4 points!
I am now working on calculating smart points comparisons for the first book in my Eat What You Love series, Eat What You Love. A downloadable smart points addendum will also be available for my newest book, Eat What You Love: Quick and Easy: Great Recipes Low in Sugar, Fat and Calories before it is shipped! If you haven’t seen the video, be sure to click on the link to see some of the wonderful recipes as shown on QVC.
May 2016 be your best year ever!
Marlene
PS Feel free to share the LOVE with your own weight watching friends 🙂
