Favorite Pumpkin Pie Spice

I have never been a fan of commercial pumpkin pie spice, instead, when creating recipes my tendency has been to individually tailor the mixture of warm spices often found in pumpkin pie to a given recipe (be it a beverage, a cake, or a pie). That said, having a nice warm pumpkin pie spice mixture on hand certainly can come in handy (especially when you want a quick Pumpkin Latte!).

Rich in cinnamon, ginger and cloves (as in found in Libby’s famous pumpkin pie) and with the addition of nutmeg, this richly flavored, perfectly balanced, autumn hued spice mixture can be used anywhere pumpkin pie spice is called for. Look no further than my Skinny Spiced Pumpkin Latte or Pumpkin Pie French Toast to try it!
