Frosty Mocha

With just 60 calories, and 2 Smart Points, this Frosty Mocha is a delicious twist on the creamy cocoa laced iced coffee served at coffee shops. The amount of calories, not to mention sugar and fat such drinks can deliver, well, it would be downright silly if it weren’t so unhealthy. Averaging 400 to 800 calories (and up to as days’ worth of saturated fat), they are more like an unhealthy mini-meal!

Ingredients
1/2 cup double-strength coffee or 2 teaspoons instant coffee dissolved in 4 ounces of warm water (regular or decaffeinated)
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon nonfat half-and-half
4 no-calorie sweetener packets* (or 3 tablespoons no-calorie granulated sweetener)
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup crushed ice

Instructions

1. Pour the coffee, half-and-half, sweetener, and cocoa powder into a blender. Blend to mix. Add half of the ice and blend briefly (about 15 seconds) until ice is incorporate. Add the rest of the ice and blend once more. Pour into a tall 12-ounce glass, add a straw, and enjoy!
