1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/3 cup plain low-fat or non-fat Greek yogurt (light sour cream can also be used)
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1. In a medium bowl add all ingredients and whisk to combine.
