No-Bake Banana Caramel Cream Cheese Pie

Imagine slices of sweet banana atop a graham cracker crust, layered with luscious cheesecake filling and drizzled with creamy caramel–all put together in 10 minutes. The hardest part of this recipe, besides believing that a slice has a whopping 75% less calories than a regular piece of banana or caramel cheesecake, is waiting the hour for the pie to chill.

Makes 8 Servings

Ingredients

1 large banana, sliced
1 prepared reduced-fat graham cracker crust
1/4 cup light tub-style cream cheese
1/4 cup nonfat cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup light sour cream
¼ cup granulated no-calorie sweetener (see below for additional sweetener options)*
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups light whipped topping, thawed
1 tablespoon sugar-free caramel ice cream topping

Instructions

1. Place the banana slices on the bottom of the graham cracker crust, and set aside.

2. In a medium bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the cream cheeses, sour cream, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping.

3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the bananas, smoothing the top. Drizzle on the caramel syrup and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
